Shipping Domestic

DHL is our forwarder.

Shipments within Germany will be charged 7 euros.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, unless notified be me.
Naturally your orders can also be picked up directly from my studio in Neukolln - Berlin (12043) free of charge.

Shipping International

DHL is our forwarder.

EU deliveries will be charged 15 euros.

Non-EU and Russia deliveries will be charged 34 euros and might be subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.

Switzerland and Great Britain deliveries will be charged 30 euros and are subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.

USA deliveries will be charged 45 euros and are subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.

Canada, Middle East and parts of Asia deliveries will be charged 38 euros and might be subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.

The Rest of the World will be charged 55 euros and might be subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.

Please allow up to a week or two for delivery in the EU zone and a month or two outside of the EU.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchased you may ship it back to me (at your expense).

The items must be unused and sent back carefully for it to arrive in perfect conditions (don’t be shy with the recyclable cardboard and bubble wrap) and for you to be eligible to a refund or swap.
